E-Pay Instructions for the city of Strawberry Point
Your bill may be paid using VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or eCheck

1. Follow the link below for viewing/paying your bill or to get registered for the first time.

1. Returning users can fill in their Email Id and password and continue on from there.
2. If you need to get registered, click Start Your Payment.  
3. Under Business ID: Enter RT19265 and then click Search.
4. When the search results come up click Register to Make a Payment under City of Strawberry Point (Utility Payments).
5.  Fill in your City Utility Account Number from your bill, and your First & Last name, then click Search.
6. Make sure it brings up the correct account by making sure it shows your name and address. Once you have determined it is the correct account click Register.
7. Enter your email address and the login information you desire and click Continue. Remember to keep track of your login information.
8. Once logged into the account you will be able to view your bill, make payments, you’re your payment or billing history, and much more.
